Fnaf 30 Years Have Passed and Its Amazing I Still Continue to Function
With the release of Five Nights at Freddy's 3 coming (in my prediction, about Mid to Early Spring), I would just like to get a few theories/predictions of mine out before the series possibly ends. If any of these theories resemble someone else's, it is a coincidence.
Five Nights at Freddy's has an elaborate storyline, allowing us to create theories that will immediately out-dated with the next game (such as FNaF 1 Foxy biting a child's frontal lobe off, but new evidence suggests that Jeremy Fitzgerald was the victim of an attacking Toy Animatronic).
Thrilling 30
But how will the series add more Animatronics, lore, and still serve a reasonable place in the plot? As an Anniversary party. The "Cover" plot is simple: Fazbear Entertainment Co. is reaching its thirtieth year in bussiness, so they decided to open up a temporary attraction that shows off the history and Animatronics of the company. They hire an extra night security guard to "make sure no one steals the valuable items" (which is an utter lie), this guard has to watch displays of each Animatronic generation, ranging from the First establishment, Toy, and FNaF 1 generations.
Left to Rot
The last prediction is about Fazbear's Pizza or Fredbear's Family Diner (If it's another prequel) has been long gone, it went out of bussiness 30 years before FNaF 3 takes place. This leads to three possible routes for the game to take:
A- You're scouting out the building for the rebirth of Fazbear Entertainment Co.
B- You're a part of a group of thrill seekers who reactivate the establishment and get trapped inside.
C-You're a part of a group of "Ghost-hunters" who come to the abandoned establishment after hearing reports of paranormal events.
"five, nights, at, freddys, 30 years later, only one", that is a quote from the source code of Scott's website in early December and late November, "30 years later" meaning 30 years after some event, most likely either the first establishment was opened or the last establishment was closed.
Later (2-January-2015), a new image appeared that was labeled "Fnaf3.jpg". This new image was a picture of a yellow, rotting Animatronic (most likely a Freddy) with the words "I am still here" to the left, this could mean the company failed to destroy an Animatronic or the Animatronic never rotted away as they expected. No message was in the source code.
The Joy of Creation Theory
Inside the first game are the obvious hints towards something being wrong with the Animatronics, with nearly every odd piece of dialogue or text showing this, except one. This dialogue (if you want to even call it that) is the Fifth night's Message, a quote fromThe Autobiography of a Yogiwhich talks about suggested lab experiments on a machine that apparently speeds agricutural growth. This is all a kind of wierd thing to encode inside of a game about cryptic hints towards a darker plot, until the final part; The Joy of Creation.
What this could mean ranges from person to person, but I personally believe that it means one thing. One simple thing that could change the Animatronics. They aren't programmed to stuff an Endoskeleton into a suit, they're programmed to "create" more animatronics, this involves finding a lone human and stuffing them into a suit, Giving the gift of "life" no matter the cost. The evidence is in small tid-bits (such as the Endoskeleton just sitting in the backstage, unbothered by Bonnie) to things as big as the Death Mini-games (such as "Give Gifts, Give Life").
Thanks for even darting an eye at this mess of a theory/prediction collection I called a discussion. Tell me what you think in the comments below, and correct me if any of my information was incorrect.
